 Kevin,   The more I look at Alsace, the more excited I get. I am going to book a flight for friday May 8 and make the early afternoon train for Colmar from Paris CDG which comes in about 5pm. Zind seems located minutes away in Turkheim for saturday morning, so Colmar seems a natural place to stay the night. I am pretty sure I will head back on thursday May 14. Alsace will make a great contrast to Burgundy and what I think I look forward to most is just simply being there… these are just about my favorite wines and I will do my best to see if it is possible to tire of them.   RobF
