Shake it up!
Tuesday, April 1st, 2008Sure, sommelier and winemaker Kevin Furtado got to rub elbows with some of the top chefs and sommeliers in the nation last week at Pebble Beach getting his verticals of Margaux and such on, but what about Josh Stevenson, Annie Nagelvoort and the indomitable Nate Staples who were lucky enough to stage with card carrying, certified Grand Marnier mixologists? I am sure they will never shake a cocktail the same way again. We are all eager to pick their brains and see what tidbits they gleaned along the way in honing their skills and deepening their philosophies in the art of “mixology”.
