Many different roads can lead to Wine Pairing Heaven

Feel free to email me with any questions regarding food and wine pairing. I spend a great deal of time working with chefs to come up with good food and wine pairings. A careful and thoughtful wine pairing can elavate a meal to the moon while one that does not can make a dish fall flat. Check out the photos from a dinner we did…I hardly ever try the wine and food together until after the fact. Picking the Vintage Bordeux from your cellar instead of that young California can make all the difference.

After this weekend, I would say that my vote goes to Dominus- the winery and vineyards are located in Yountville. Christian Moeix wanted a winery that was going to blend In with scenery. It actually does- the rocks will change tones depending on the amount of sun light. Where the building needs insulation the must- i.e., the barrel room, the architects used smaller stones to create smaller cracks. They just re-designed the de Young museum in San Francisco. Jacques Herzog and Pierre de Meuron of Sweden are the 2 behind these beautiful and unique buildings
I’ve got a nifty way of presenting wine seminars/wine tastings, that are incredibly social, wildly fun as well as informative and best of all, works for people with different levels of wine knowledge…..at the same time. Excellent for the corporate environment as well as private gatherings. Prices vary depending on your specific needs and desires.
