Feel free to email me with any questions regarding food and wine pairing. I spend a great deal of time working with chefs to come up with good food and wine pairings. A careful and thoughtful wine pairing can elavate a meal to the moon while one that does not can make a dish fall flat. Check out the photos from a dinner we did…I hardly ever try the wine and food together until after the fact. Picking the Vintage Bordeux from your cellar instead of that young California can make all the difference.
